1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vivid-fundy.com and any order you place with VividFundy Ltd, based at 84 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2A 1NE, United Kingdom. By browsing our site, creating an account, placing an order, submitting a review, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We sell physical and, where indicated, digital copies of curated financial-literacy books. All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices, cover images and descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order through our cart constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We currently display support for Visa, Mastercard and PayPal in our footer as accepted payment methods; this is a demonstration storefront and no live payment processing or card data collection occurs on this build. In a live deployment, all payments would be processed securely by PCI-compliant third-party payment providers, and VividFundy would never store full card numbers.

4. Delivery

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £25; a flat delivery charge applies to smaller orders, shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return most books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in a resaleable condition. To start a return, contact us at hello@vivid-fundy.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. This does not affect your statutory rights described in Section 6.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection law, including your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose, and your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Free consultation service

Our free 15-minute reading consultation, bookable via the Contact page, is an informal book-matching service, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Recommendations are limited to suggesting titles from our catalogue based on what you tell us about your situation; you should seek a qualified, regulated financial adviser for advice specific to your circumstances. Booking a consultation carries no obligation to purchase anything.

8. Reviews & user content

When you submit a review, testimonial or other content to us, you confirm it is honest, your own genuine opinion, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give VividFundy permission to publish, edit for length or clarity, and display that content on our site and marketing materials. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unrelated to our products.

9. Intellectual property

All site design, text, graphics, generated imagery and the VividFundy name and logo are the property of VividFundy Ltd, except for the books themselves, which remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers and authors. You may not reproduce, resell or scrape substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false order or payment information, or using automated tools to scrape pricing or catalogue data at scale without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VividFundy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delays outside our reasonable control, or decisions made based on the general educational content of our blog, quiz or book recommendations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, where such limitation would be unlawful.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order; material changes will be highlighted with an updated date.
